Finance Manager

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across departments.
• Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and boardlevel presentations.
• Oversee daily cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury functions.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal controls, risk management frameworks, and cost-efficiency measures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to guide financial decision-making.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Lead and develop the finance team to deliver high-quality and timely financial support.
