Job Summary :

A reputable restaurant in Wuse 2, Abuja is seeking a detail-oriented Store Keeper / Inventory Officer to manage stock, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in inventory management, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Receive, inspect, and store incoming food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.

Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations to prevent shortages or excess.

Monitor stock usage and report any discrepancies to management.

Coordinate with chefs and procurement teams for timely replenishment.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items.

Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.

Assist in preparing inventory reports and documentation for audits.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

Requirements :

Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role in hospitality / restaurant.

Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management procedures.

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Basic computer skills, including MS Excel or inventory software.

Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards in storage management.
