Channel Digital Manager

Job Description

Responsible for the daily operations of the App , including customer management, product management, order management, data management, marketing management , etc.

Design operational incentives and marketing strategies based on the company's existing channels and user base. Knowledge of mobile phone or accessories business is preferred.

Focus on attracting new customers, retaining customers, and promoting user activity, use data to drive rapid iteration, and build an efficient operational chain.

Collaborate with other departments, especially the business team, to ensure target management and progress control.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, major in computers, information, marketing is preferred.

Have more than 2 years of marketing or user growth experience in SaaS tools or Internet e-commerce, and have project management capabilities.

Possess strong data analysis capabilities, make timely adjustments and improvements based on analysis results, and be proficient in using various common office packages of software
