ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of Group Life Quotation.
- Preparation of Policy Documents for new client.
- Medical underwriting.
- Registration of New Business on Turnquest.
- Processing of Claims settlement in conjunction with claims & Benefit Unit.
- Maintaining Group Life Database Portfolio.
- Settling of Brokers or Agents Commission.
- Client’s Services.
- Maintaining of Client’s Record and servicing.
- Preparation of Renewal Notices.
- Preparation of group life insurance certificate.
- Daily Input Of Transactions On Turnquest Database.
- Brokers Management.
- Preparation of weekly production report.
- Monthly Preparation of Production report for actuarial valuation.
- NAICOM monthly report.
- EDMS upload of transactions.
- Responsible for coordinating the unit’s schemes and providing support to the sales team in achieving set targets.
