Program Manager

The Business Analysis School, an EdTech learning academy is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead product andoperations functions, as well as drive business development initiatives. Inthis role, you will ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery ofprograms while optimizing processes and resources to meet organizational needs.You will also oversee the formation of business partnerships, contractnegotiations, and lead strategies to increase sales and company growth.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and executeproduct, operations, and business development strategies

● Collaborate withcross-functional teams to deliver high-quality programs and drive sales growth

● Continuouslyimprove and optimize product and operations processes

● Manage programbudgets and resources

● Analyze programperformance data and implement improvements

● Oversee theformation of business partnerships and negotiation of contracts

● Lead company'splanning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth

● Manage businessdevelopment and sales staff

● Build and maintainstrong relationships with stakeholders

● Ensure compliancewith laws and regulations

● Foster a positivecompany culture

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; MBA or PMPcertification preferred

● 5+ years of Edtechexperience, with 3 years in a program, project management, or businessdevelopment role

● Strong leadership,communication, and organizational skills

● Proficient withMicrosoft Office Suite or related software
