We are looking for a results-driven Head of Marketing / Growth Lead to own and scale revenue across our e-commerce brands.
This role is responsible for :
Turning ad spend into profitable, predictable revenueBuilding a systematic product-launch and scaling engineLeading paid media, creative and product researchEnsuring marketing decisions are driven by data, not guessworkThis is not a just run ads role. This is a business growth leadership role .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue & Growth Ownership
Own monthly revenue targets from marketingManage marketing profitability (CAC, margins and order volume)Ensure marketing spend translates to actual banked revenue , not vanity metricsPaid Advertising Leadership
Oversee all paid media (Meta, TikTok, others)Supervise and manage Media BuyersDecide :Which products get budgetHow much to scale or cutWhen to pause, kill, or relaunch offersImplement structured testing and scaling frameworksCreative & Messaging Direction
Lead creative strategy in collaboration with :Creative StrategistVideo EditorsUGC CreatorsDefine winning : Hooks, Angles, Offers, Messaging per productEnsure high creative output and fast iterationProduct Launch & Research Oversight
Work closely with the Product Research & Offer teamDecide which products to launchDefine : Pricing, Bundles, Bonuses, GuaranteesMaintain a healthy pipeline of new productsReporting, Data & Accountability
Deliver clear weekly marketing performance reportsTrack performance across : Ads, Creatives, ProductsIdentify issues early and propose solutions proactivelyEXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE
B.Sc / HND in digital marketing, or any related field36 years in performance-driven e-commerceManaged ?20m+ monthly ad spendStrong Meta Ads experience (TikTok is a plus)Understand Nigerian consumer behaviorComfortable with Pay-on-Delivery realitiesExperience in managing teamsEmail marketing knowledgeABSOLUTE NOs
