Job Description

We are looking for a trusted and highly skilled Laravel Backend Developer with strong expertise in PHP Laravel to take ownership of our technology stack. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech and / or crypto app development, a solid understanding of blockchain technology, and the leadership ability to guide and mentor a growing development team.

Job Description / Requirements

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end development of the Pgold App (mobile & backend).
  • Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter mobile apps.
  • Build and manage robust backend services using PHP Laravel.
  • Optimize server infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture, and security.
  • Integrate blockchain functionalities as required.
  • Mentor and manage junior developers, fostering technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Flutter and PHP Laravel.
  • Solid experience in server management and deployment.
  • Background in fintech or crypto application development.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and integrations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and trustworthiness.
