The Job
You will be responsible for :
Handling inbound calls, emails and chat in a professional manner.Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate inquiry processing and delivery.Escalating customer feedback as required.The Profile
You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospitality or Customer Care Services in a Call Center.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills in German (mother tongue level) and English (proficiency level).You have working knowledge of multitasking and phone etiquetteYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilienceYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsThe Employer
