Job Summary :
We are looking for a results-driven Community Sales Manager to lead sales growth by engaging directly with local communities, expanding brand reach, and driving customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience in community-based sales in industries such as renewable energy, FMCG, telecommunications, fintech, or microfinance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Community Engagement & Sales Growth : Develop and implement grassroots sales strategies to penetrate local markets and drive product adoption.
- Team Leadership & Agent Network Expansion : Recruit, train, and manage sales agents or distributors within the community to maximize sales.
- Brand Awareness & Customer Education : Organize community events, activations, and campaigns to educate potential customers and increase brand visibility.
- Sales Target Achievement : Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Partnership Development : Build relationships with local leaders, associations, and influencers to strengthen market penetration.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in community sales within renewable energy, FMCG, telecoms, fintech, or microfinance.Strong networking and people skills with a deep understanding of grassroots sales.
