About the Role
Bema Integrated Services Ltd is seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Sales & Engagement Strategist to champion audience growth and participation for one of its flagship creative community projects under Bema Music.
This role combines sales, storytelling, event engagement, and community outreach — all focused on connecting people with a movement built around creativity, purpose, and faith.
As a Sales & Engagement Strategist, you will serve as a bridge between our brand and the public — inspiring audiences to connect, sign up, and stay engaged with our ongoing live and digital campaigns.

Core Responsibilities
Lead outreach, referral growth, and engagement campaigns that expand project participation.
Represent the brand confidently during live events, activations, and digital sessions.
Create excitement around brand storytelling and audience participation in campaigns.
Develop and execute small-scale audience-growth and referral strategies.
Manage participant onboarding and engagement through guided systems (training provided).
Maintain accurate tracking of referrals and engagement metrics via the internal dashboard.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Events teams to plan and deliver engaging on-ground and virtual experiences.
Submit performance and engagement reports within required timelines.
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and faith-aligned communication in all interactions.

Understands basic marketing or sales principles (experience preferred).

Compensation & Incentives
This is a contract-based, performance-driven role. Compensation includes :
Monthly Retainer : ₦100,000 fixed (for engagement, content prep, and campaign support).
Milestone Bonuses :
₦50,000 @ 1,000 referrals
₦75,000 @ 2,000 referrals
₦100,000 @ 4,000 referrals
₦125,000 @ 6,000 referrals
₦125,000 @ 8,000 referrals
Active Referral Bonus : Monthly performance bonus activated once 3,000 verified referrals are achieved (₦25–₦50 per active referral, depending on tier).
Performance Reviews : Strategists earning above ₦500,000 monthly will be reviewed for recognition, leadership consideration, and incentive adjustments.

Work Structure
Hybrid, independent engagement (non-employment relationship).
Reports directly to the Marketing Lead or Project Manager.
May require attendance or hosting duties during select live events.
Payment processed within 10–15 business days after monthly verification.
Confidentiality & Conduct
All contractors are required to :
Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving internal project or system access.
Maintain confidentiality of participant data, campaign materials, and proprietary tools.
Refrain from replicating or disclosing any aspect of the project’s structure or engagement systems.
Communicate in a manner consistent with Bema’s ethical and faith-aligned values.
