Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Security Officer to oversee outbound goods security within a pharmaceutical environment. The role involves supervising security guards, verifying all pharmaceutical products leaving the premises, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Goods & Order Security

Cross-check all pharmaceutical products leaving the facility against approved invoices, delivery notes, batch records, and waybills.

Verify product names, batch numbers, quantities, and packaging integrity before dispatch.

Ensure only authorized and released products exit the premises in line with QA approval.

Security Supervision

Supervise security guards assigned to the premises.

Ensure guards adhere strictly to pharmaceutical security protocols and SOPs.

Monitor guard conduct and report breaches, negligence, or non-compliance.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate logs for dispatched goods, vehicles, and drivers.

Ensure compliance of internal security requirements.

Report discrepancies, damaged products, or suspected diversion immediately.

Asset Protection

Prevent theft, diversion, contamination, or unauthorized movement of pharmaceutical products.

Enforce controlled access to dispatch, warehouse, and loading areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of OND (additional certification is an advantage).

Experience in pharmaceutical, warehouse, or regulated-environment security is preferred.

Ability to read and verify pharmaceutical documentation.

High integrity, attention to detail, and strong supervisory skills.
