Account Officer

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

• Cheques receipt, recording, lodgment and posting
• Billing Operation
• Cash Box
• Reconciling the company bank statement and bookkeeping ledgers
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Reconciling cash receipts and deposits
• Managing outgoing bills and invoice
• Updating and maintaining records of expenditures

Ideal Profile:

• Minimum of 0- 1 year’s accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent qualification)
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must not be older than 35years
