Position Overview :

We are looking for a born-again Christian Marketing Strategist with expertise in AI tools and strong familiarity with content strategy, along with a passion for creativity and technology. This role involves crafting innovative marketing campaigns and developing strategic content direction while utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, skilled in AI content generation, and able to develop marketing and content strategies that resonate with faith-based audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Utilize AI technologies to create innovative prompts and enhance marketing and content development.

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing and content strategies using AI-driven content generation tools.

Create prompts for text-to-image, text-to-video, and other AI-driven content generation tools to support marketing and content initiatives.

Develop structured content plans, calendars, and distribution strategies aligned with marketing goals.

Produce compelling marketing and content assets, including videos and graphics.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project delivery and maintain high-quality standards.

Assist programmers in creating marketing tech solutions and innovations.

Analyze market trends and audience behavior to improve campaign and content effectiveness.

Utilize strong communication skills to articulate marketing and content strategies and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or Technical qualification preferred in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related fields.

In-depth knowledge of AI prompt engineering and familiarity with AI-driven content generation tools.

Strong understanding of content strategy development, content planning, and audience engagement.

Proficiency in video editing and graphic design.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and multi-channel campaign strategies.

Strong storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to relocate to Lagos if not already located there (accommodation provided).

Compensation :

Competitive salary, with the opportunity for salary review after 6 months to 1 year of successful work and measurable performance contribution. Initial salary is ₦150,000 per month.
