The Role You Will Be Responsible For
Ability to identify prospective customersPresent, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customer leadsGenerating sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clientsNegotiating contracts with prospective clients, and providing adequate quotations and proposalsAccelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframeCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyse the territory / market's potential, track sales and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesPreparing weekly and monthly sales reportsKeeping track of outstanding balances and scheduled collectionKeeping track of customers' statementsStay up-to-date for best practices and promotional trendsContinuously improve through feedbackUnderstanding and promoting company programsVisiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote productsMaintaining client recordsAnswering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availabilityKeeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.Ideal Profile Qualification, Skill And Experience
Minimum degree Bsc / Hnd In chemical engineering / Industrial chemical and any related courseMinimum of 2 years work experience as a sales representative with Paint industry.Strong communication skillGood interpersonal skillGood customer service and sales skillAbility to travel and flexible mobility.What's on Offer?
