Accountant Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting :

Prepare and finalize financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management and stakeholders.

Assist in developing and managing company budgets and forecasting future financial performance.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.

Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulations.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Maintain accurate financial records by entering and managing all financial transactions.

Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments and optimize cash reserves.

Handle payroll activities, including calculating salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.

Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes and ensure data accuracy.

Ensure financial operations are in compliance with accounting standards, laws, and company policies.
