Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our spa. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, welcome clients warmly, and support smooth daily spa activities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
Process payments, issue receipts, and handle basic cash or POS transactions.
Coordinate with therapists to ensure timely service delivery.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Address client complaints or escalate issues appropriately.
Promote spa services, packages, and promotions to clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND (relevant qualification is an advantage).
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service officer (spa or hospitality experience preferred).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills (booking software, email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office).
Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
