We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager for Video Ads (Writing & Editing Required) who can turn creative concepts into sharp, actionable video briefs while managing the full production workflow from idea to final delivery. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, project management, and post-production oversight.
You’ll develop detailed briefs, expand creative concepts, create shot lists, coordinate with creators, and ensure editors have everything they need to execute. You’ll also act as a quality control point, comparing final edits to the original brief and driving alignment across the entire production pipeline.

3 to 5 years of experience in video production, post-production, or creative project managementStrong narrative instincts and familiarity with editing principles, pacing, structure, and visual storytellingAbility to turn rough creative direction into polished, professional briefsExperience working directly with editors, creators, or production teamsStrong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple video projects at onceExcellent written communication and ability to convey creative direction with clarityAbility to work independently and bring order to fast-moving creative environmentsNice to Have
