Key Responsibilities
1. Brand-Aligned Campaign Planning (M01)
- Develop quarterly brand-led campaigns that reflect brand identity, voice, and positioning.
- Ensure campaigns are consistent with brand guidelines while meeting performance goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact, on-brand assets.
2. Organic Content & Social Media (M04)
Create and manage content calendars with a strong brand storytelling focus.Ensure all social media communication builds brand affinity and loyalty.Monitor sentiment and engagement to guide tone and creative direction.3. Website & Landing Page Optimization (M05)
Maintain WordPress / WooCommerce sites with a focus on brand presentation and conversion optimization.Ensure brand visuals, messaging, and UX deliver a premium customer experience.Implement A / B testing to balance creative aesthetics with performance improvements.4. eCommerce & Marketplace Optimization (M06)
Manage Glovo, Chowdeck, and other aggregator listings to reflect brand quality and positioning.Optimize menu imagery, descriptions, and offers to be on-brand and sales-optimized.Run marketplace promotions that strengthen both sales and brand perception.5. Digital & Paid Media (M08)
Run Meta and Google Ads that maintain brand voice and visual standards while achieving ROAS and CPA targets.Create remarketing flows that keep brand equity intact across customer touchpoints.6. CRM & Marketing Automation (M09)
Design email, SMS, and WhatsApp flows that feel personal and brand-consistent.Maintain brand tone in all automated customer communications.Use segmentation to nurture high-value relationships.7. Google My Business & Local SEO (M12)
Keep listings visually appealing, updated, and aligned with brand positioning.Manage customer reviews to reinforce a positive brand image.Brand & Communication Leadership
Act as a brand guardian across all digital channels.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visuals, tone, and storytelling are on-brand.Monitor brand perception metrics and recommend actions to strengthen public sentiment.Analytics & Reporting
Report weekly / monthly on campaign performance, brand perception trends, and audience sentiment.Combine performance metrics (ROAS, conversion rates, sales) with brand health indicators (NPS, positive sentiment, brand recall).Key Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or related field.3+ years in a digital marketing role with brand management responsibilities.Experience in QSR, FMCG, retail, or consumer lifestyle brands preferred.Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of brand strategy and brand positioning.Proven ability to balance creative brand expression with data-driven performance marketing.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress / WooCommerce.Experience with CRM automation tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, WhatsApp API).Excellent copywriting skills with a brand storytelling mindset.Familiarity with SEO, local SEO, and aggregator optimization.
