We are seeking a seasoned, creative, and versatile Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare delicious, well-presented meals for guests, manage the kitchen operations, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food quality.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and present a variety of local and continental dishes for guests.
Customize meals to meet dietary requirements or special requests.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
Source and manage kitchen supplies, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with management to create weekly or seasonal menus.
Train and supervise kitchen assistants or other support staff if required.
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef (minimum 3–5 years in hotels, restaurants, or serviced apartments).
Strong knowledge of local and international cuisine.
Excellent culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver meals promptly.
Relevant culinary certification or training is an added advantage.
