Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, and stored.
- Prepare and update dockets, invoices, and stock registers.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of store transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate requisitions to avoid shortages.
- Organize and maintain the store to ensure easy retrieval of items.
- Conduct periodic stock-taking and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in procurement processes by providing inventory data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on store management and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or clerical documentation.Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Integrity and reliability in handling company property.Why Join Us?
