Job Summary
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing client investment portfolios, developing tailored investment strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring optimal returns in line with clients’ risk profiles and organizational objectives. The role involves asset allocation, research, client relationship management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve clients’ financial objectives.
Construct and manage diversified investment portfolios across multiple asset classes.
Conduct research, analyze market trends, and evaluate investment opportunities.
Monitor portfolio performance and adjust asset allocation where necessary.
Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance and market outlook.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and risk management frameworks.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to clients on their investment portfolios.
Collaborate with research analysts and other stakeholders to optimize investment decisions.
Maintain strong client relationships and address investment-related inquiries.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CFA qualification is an added advantage).
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in portfolio management, investment banking, or asset management.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments, capital markets, and portfolio construction techniques.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis tools.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
