Our client a leading agribusiness organization in Nigeria is seeking a Head HR & Administration to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across Human Resources Administration and Corporate Affairs support.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping people strategy strengthening governance and ensuring the organization has the right talent systems and culture to deliver business goals.

What Youll Do

• Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives
  

• Oversee talent acquisition performance management succession planning and employee engagement
  

• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal HR policies
  

• Provide oversight of office administration facilities and support services
  

• Support corporate affairs stakeholder engagement and internal communications
  

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people and organizational matters
  

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field (Masters/HR certification is an advantage)
  

• Minimum of 10 years HR & Admin experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  

• Proven ability to influence lead change and engage stakeholders
  

• Experience in agribusiness FMCG or complex operational environments is a plus
