Accountant

Job Summary

A reputable FMCG Company is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong financial reporting skills, excellent analytical abilities, and solid knowledge of accounting standards. Key Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements and management reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily financial transactions.

Maintain proper documentation of all financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal control processes.

Assist auditors during internal and external audits.

Process payroll and manage statutory deductions.

Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

ICAN certification or ICAN in-view is required.

Minimum of 2–3 years relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.

Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
