RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for all front-desk activities
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
- Keep accurate visitor records and manage visitor access where required
- Provide administrative support including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
- Assist internal teams with document preparation, data entry, and office coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Act as a liaison between clients, staff, and management
- Provide basic information about company services to clients and visitors
- Support the coordination of meetings and office schedules
- Use office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Assist with basic office equipment such as printers and telephones
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of OND in Office Management or a related discipline
- 12 years' experience in a receptionist or front-desk role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Female candidates preferred
