Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute market strategy - translating insights, performance data, and market trends into actionable growth plans.
  • Build and manage a company-wide performance tracking framework, ensuring Brand and Market alignment across all teams (Marketing, Product, People, Spaces, and Finance).
  • Partner with team leads to define key metrics, performance dashboards, and success measures that guide decision-making and accountability.
  • Conduct ongoing market, audience, and competitor research to uncover opportunities for expansion, new verticals, and deeper community engagement.
  • Support the Strategy and Expansion team in assessing new market opportunities, space rollouts, and regional growth feasibility.
  • Lead Marketing to align campaigns with market insights, optimising channel strategy, reach, and conversion performance.
  • Drive periodic performance reviews and strategic retrospectives, consolidating insights that inform leadership and shape the company's direction.
  • Translate data into compelling stories and recommendations that fuel both strategic planning and creative decision-making.
  • Support cross-team collaboration by connecting business outcomes to team-level priorities, ensuring visibility and shared ownership of results.
  • Track and forecast growth trends across markets, audience segments, and channels, using both quantitative and qualitative inputs.

Requirements :

  • 5-7+ years of experience in market strategy, growth, or business analysis, ideally within a startup, creative, or consumer-facing brand.
  • Fluent in data storytelling, turning metrics into meaning and meaning into movement.
  • Understand how markets shift and how brands grow, blending insight with empathy.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with Strategy, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to keep everyone aligned around measurable goals.
  • Hands-on with tools;  whether it’s Excel, Notion, or data visualisation platforms, and you use them to make insight accessible, not intimidating.
  • Deeply curious about how people behave, what drives engagement, and how to translate those patterns into sustainable business growth.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability startup environment.
