OnIt is a digital platform that trains, verifies, and connects informal workers to dignified jobs while helping households and businesses access reliable services with ease.

Our goal is to make everyday living simple, trusted, and convenient, powered by a skilled, empowered workforce.

We are building a strong network of Community Ambassadors who will represent OnIt in their communities, driving both customer sign-ups and onboarding skilled service providers.

Position Summary

As a Community Ambassador, you are OnIt’s representative within your area, school, organization, or network.

Your main role is to help grow the OnIt ecosystem by :

Connecting households and businesses that need reliable services, and

Signing up trained or skilled workers who can deliver those services through OnIt.

You are a bridge between service users (customers) and service providers in your community.

This is a commission-based, flexible role, you earn from every verified customer or service provider you successfully onboard.

Key Responsibilities

Promote OnIt services such as Laundry, Cleaning, Groceries, Repairs, Deliveries, and artisanal jobs.

Identify and onboard new service providers who have the skills and integrity to work through OnIt.

Sign up new customers who will use OnIt services for their homes or businesses.

Educate people in your community about the benefits of using or working with OnIt.

Report your activities through the OnIt mobile platform or WhatsApp group weekly.

Uphold OnIt’s HEART values, Humanity, Excellence, Accountability, Reliability, and Trust in all interactions.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.

Must have a valid ID card.

Own a smartphone with WhatsApp for communication and reporting.

Strong communication and persuasive skills.

Honest, reliable, and well-connected in your community.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or mobilization is an advantage.

Compensation

Commission-based, you earn for every :

New customer who makes a successful order or subscription, and

New service provider who completes onboarding and training.

Bonuses for top performers and verified results.

Potential monthly earnings of up to ₦100,000+ based on performance.

Work Structure
