Project Engineer

 Drive the company’s timely project delivery vision

 Maintain good working relationship with clients and prospects

 Ensure to always deliver quality products for clients and prospects as well

Oversee building construction, road and drainage works from inception to completion

 To support the project manager / construction manager to plan and execute task with regards to all buildings, road, and drainage construction

 Provide progress reports and updates on weekly basis.

 Manage all road and drainage contractors and subcontractors

 Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering project(s) such as buildings, production of interlocks.

 Document and report project progress to the Construction Manager.

 Provide technical reports upon the completion of tasks.

 Ensure practical completion of all assigned tasks.

 Monitor compliance to applicable codes and description within the working drawings and other relevant project documents.

 Ensure that standard practices and compliance to safety rules in the execution of

tasks on respective projects.

 Ensure strict compliance the organization QA / QC policies.

 Monitor and ensure compliance to standards and specifications.

 Constantly Interacting with the Construction Manager to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.

 Develop a Program of work and track performance for all tasks assigned in line with organization goals.

 Perform overall quality control of the work by ensuring there is no deviation in plan, schedule, budget, and performance of the project being carried out.

 Report challenges faced when carrying out a project and advice on possible solutions.

 Cooperate and communicate effectively with project / construction manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

 Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

 Ensure that all tasks are strictly monitored and supervised in accordance with the

company’s standard and specifications.

 Monitor and coordinate available material and equipment on project site for better

delivery of task assigned to avoid wastage.

 Give adequate estimate of bills for construction works on the project site such as total

bill and milestone bill summary.

2. Revenue

 Market company`s products and services which shall form part of your KPIs.

3. Compliance & Reports

 Provide input into preparation of various reports day, weekly, monthly and adhoc

reports.

4. Initiatives / Projects Assigned

 Any other duty that may be assigned by The MD or ED.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years experience as a project manager

Must have proven track record of building major projects

Must have experience with building multiple projects simultaneously
