Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Computer-based test administration for certification exam
• Upload content, design new content pages, and ensure effective navigation and user experience for visitors, clients, and other stakeholders
• Manage content for the mobile app, portal, and website
• Create advert banners and manage external inquiries and channels to appropriate PPD&C functions
• Creating Accounts for and training trainers on the usage of the Virtual Learning Platform.
• Conducting periodic user interaction analysis to generate useful insights on consumer behavior.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a BSc in computer science or equivalent ICT certification
• Very good expertise in the development and management of a Website/Portal, with proof of previous works, executed.
• Ability to design and manage interactive chats and other platforms
• Knowledge of cloud computing
• Ability to deploy SEO and online metrics and content /page evaluation.
