As part of our Pan-African expansion , we are growing rapidly across West and Central Africa , with a focus on Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria , and neighbouring markets.

Key Responsibilities Lead strategic growth and execution of Mamoru’s business plan across multiple African markets.

Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and regional compliance.

Drive market expansion in Ghana, Cameroon, and other key neighbouring countries.

Build and lead high-performing teams across the region.

Establish strong relationships with regulators, investors, banks, and fintech partners.

Champion innovation to maintain Mamoru’s competitive edge in fintech and FX.

Qualifications 10+ years in executive leadership, business development, or financial services (preferably fintech or FX).

Proven Pan-African experience , with exposure to markets such as Ghana, Cameroon, and Nigeria.

Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills.

Deep understanding of FX markets and regulatory frameworks across Africa.

Advanced degree preferred.
