Role Overview
The Luxury Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, executing premium marketing strategies, and achieving sales growth within the luxury market. This role requires an individual with impeccable presentation, a refined communication style, and a deep understanding of luxury clientele expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with UHNW and HNW clients.
- Deliver a personalised, high-touch sales experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Execute strategic marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to elevate brand visibility.
- Manage VIP events, private viewings, and exclusive product launches.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce refined marketing assets and brand storytelling.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the brand at luxury industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Requirements
Proven experience in luxury sales, marketing, or client relations (5+ years preferred).Strong understanding of luxury markets, customer behaviour, and brand positioning.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and content marketing is a plus
