Develop and manage content for newsletters, press releases, speeches, social media, websites, marketing brochures, and property listings.Ensure all communication materials align with Casafina’s brand voice, tone, and strategic vision.Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, real estate journalists, influencers, and industry partners.Create and manage internal communication updates, announcements, and memos in collaboration with HR and senior leadership.Support crisis communication efforts and protect the company’s public image through thoughtful messaging.Oversee and update the company’s social media platforms and website content, ensuring consistency and relevance.Monitor online engagement, track key metrics, and recommend strategies for improving visibility and brand perception.Ensure consistent branding across all customer-facing and internal materials.Analyze public feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.Assist in planning, promoting, and providing communication coverage for property launches, investor meetings, client events, and company initiatives.Requirements
BSC or HND holder with relevant certificates
NYSC Certificate
Work style is 100% onsite, 8 am to 5 pm on Monday to Friday
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience is key
Must have prior experience in the real estate industry
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a flair for storytelling.
Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content analytics.
Ability to write for various platforms and adapt tone / style accordingly.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email platforms, and social media tools.
