Role Overview
This role combines in-clinic patient support with digital enquiry management . You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient journeyfrom first online enquiry to clinic visitwhile maintaining a warm, professional, and responsive brand presence.Key Responsibilities
Serve as a first point of contact for patients at the clinic and via phoneProfessionally manage and convert enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platformsBook appointments accurately and follow up on pending enquiriesCommunicate treatment information clearly and confidently to patientsMaintain excellent phone and chat etiquette at all timesSupport daily front-desk and patient coordination activitiesWork closely with clinical and management teams to enhance patient experienceRequirements
Previous experience working in a similar role in a dental clinic is a plus.Proven ability to convert enquiries into booked appointmentsProficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist DutiesProficient in the use of Microsoft suite (Excel and Powerpoint) is a mustConfident using WhatsApp, Instagram, and online chat platformsFriendly, patient-focused, and detail-orientedStrong Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and schedulingExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to provide exceptional Customer ServiceAbility to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment effectivelyMinimum of HND / BSc is required; additional training or certifications in office administration or customer services are advantageous
