Our client is an independent and wholly (100%) privately owned company that provides engineering & asset integrity services to the oil & gas sector in the Gulf of Guinea. The company’s team of well trained and experienced personnel enables it to provide prompt quality products and services. The company was formed in Equatorial Guinea and has since expanded its operations to include the Gulf of Guinea. It works on various types of projects from very small to large. In some services it has formed alliances with world-class companies to compliment its expertise and for synergy to meet its clients’ requirements. The company is now looking to recruit an outstanding Business Process Analyst.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be a facilitator for process generation & improvement initiatives across all business & functional units of the organisation in line with the group’s mission, vision, values, and objectives. You will also be in charge of facilitating workshops and working with and training end-user teams for business processes use. In addition, you will also have document control duties including but not limited to setting up a document control system across the company and training end users.

You will help the company to generate, improve, streamline, and manage the company’s business processes to meet its business needs. You will be responsible for preparing, drafting, improving, and implementing high-quality procedures. This substantiates the use of business process management computer software (BPM) to generate, organise, and automate them. You will contribute to the improvements of the company’s operations by participating in the implementation of an ERP system, generating company-wide processes, reorganising processes, redesigning processes, or changing processes to increase efficiency.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business process and workflows.
