Recovery Officer

Position Summary

As a Recovery Officer you will be responsible for recovery operations within an assigned city - ensuring timely repossession of vehicles maintaining control protocols and leading a team of recovery agents with discipline fairness and agility.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with field agents to track locate and secure assets flagged for recovery.
• Execute recovery tasks in full compliance with SOPs safety protocols and local regulations.
• Ensure recovered vehicles are securely returned documented and inspected upon receipt.
• Maintain accurate and real-time logs of all recovery attempts customer interactions and asset handovers.
• Complete recovery forms checklists and incident reports in a timely and complete manner.
• Report daily activity and progress to the Recovery Lead.
• Support community-level negotiations or interventions with customers guarantors or law enforcement as directed.
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues agents and external partners engaged in recovery.
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk recovery cases to the Recovery Lead with complete documentation and incident logs.
