Job Summary

The Store Sales Personnel will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining organized and visually appealing displays, and driving sales in the Kitchessence retail store. The ideal candidate is friendly, customer-focused, knowledgeable about kitchenware, and passionate about helping customers find products that suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.

Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.

Answer customer questions regarding product features, usage, and care.

Handle customer complaints or refer them to the store supervisor when necessary.

Sales & Promotion :

Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and special offers.

Upsell and cross-sell additional items to customers.

Store Operations :

Maintain a clean, well-arranged, and visually appealing store environment.

Restock shelves and ensure products are properly labeled.

Assist with inventory counts and stock management.

Operate the POS system for billing, receipts, and returns.

Brand Representation :

Uphold Kitchessence brand values and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

Ensure product displays reflect the brand’s theme.

Requirements :

SSCE, OND, or equivalent.

Previous experience as a sales attendant, cashier, or retail assistant (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for kitchenware, cooking tools, and home essentials.

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.

Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage.
