Dangote Group is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Consultant for SuccessFactors. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SuccessFactors module for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Succession Planning
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design and configure the system accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of projects, including system integrations and data migrations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors modules, including investigating and resolving issues and providing guidance to end users.
- Conduct training sessions and documentation for end users to ensure proper utilization of the system.
- Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modulesStrong understanding of HR processes and best practicesExperience with full lifecycle implementation of SuccessFactors modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-liveExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with system integrations and data migrations is a plusSuccessFactors certification is highly desiredKnowledge of other HRIS systems is a plusBenefits
