TollyClassic Delivery is a warehousing and fulfillment platform designed to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Africa scale with ease. We handle everything from storage and inventory management to order fulfillment and last-mile dispatch efficiently and professionally.
We are expanding our team and currently seeking passionate, proactive, and highly organized Interns to support our operations in Fulfillment & Dispatch Operations
Who We're Looking For :
You must be a current resident of Wuye, Jabi, Utako, Lifecamp, Kado, or nearby areas. We want detail-oriented, fast learners who are eager to gain real-world experience in accounting, finance, and office administration within a fast-paced logistics and eCommerce environment.
What You'll Do :
1. Assist in preparing and updating financial records, invoices, and receipts
2. Support daily bookkeeping and expense tracking
3. Help with payroll preparation and petty cash management
4. Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents
5. Assist in preparing reports for management review
6. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
Requirements for Both Roles :
1. Must reside in one of the following areas : Wuye, Jabi, Utako, Lifecamp, Kado
2. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel (or other spreadsheet tools)
4. Strong organizational and communication skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
6. Previous experience in accounting, finance, or administration is a plus (but not required)

Mondays - Thursday (8 : 30am - 5pm)
Saturdays (9am - 3pm)
