Junior Finance Officer (Ikeja)

Job Title : Junior Finance Officer

Reports to : Finance Officer

Location : GRA Ikeja

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Finance Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day financial operations and provide support to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Data Entry : Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.

3. Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.

4. Reconciliation : Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

5. Compliance : Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

6. Statutory payment

Requirements :

1. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a finance role.

3. Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
