Our client operates two fast-growing brands within the Healthcare and Wellness ecosystem , delivering innovative medical and fertility solutions across Nigeria. At the moment, they are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client acquisition, and strengthening market presence across both brands. As the Business Development Manager, you will oversee business development teams, define market expansion strategies, build referral partnerships, and ensure that revenue, conversion, and engagement targets are consistently met.

Your Responsibilities…
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue, market share, and brand awareness.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance expectations for Brand Managers and the Business Development team.Collaborate with agencies to design and execute campaigns that support growth objectives.Work with leadership to define monthly, quarterly, and annual brand targets.Develop and manage referral programs with partner hospitals, gynaecologists, fertility specialists, and related institutions.Deliver at least one presentation monthly at churches, mosques, or similar community organizations.Deliver at least one presentation monthly to professional bodies or associations with a minimum of 20 attendees.Ensure FCC is enrolled with at least one HMO per quarter.Secure a minimum of two client testimonials monthly.Execute at least two business development presentations outside Lagos State per quarter.Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of field officers and field marketers.Drive improvements in the conversion rate from registration to treatment.Team Leadership & Management
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Brand Managers and Business Development team members.Allocate territories, assign targets, and closely monitor performance.Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.Ensure accountability, accurate reporting, and proper documentation of all activities.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and develop new client relationships and institutional partnerships.Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.Support negotiations and closing of high-value client engagements.Track client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement and growth.Reporting & Analytics
Prepare regular performance reports covering leads, conversions, revenue, and market insights.Use data and metrics to identify gaps, optimize strategy, and implement corrective actions.Ensure reports submitted by team members are accurate, timely, and actionable.Staff Training & Development
Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, client engagement, and product knowledge.Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives.Maintain training records and assess post-training performance improvements.What Success Looks Like…
