Role Overiew
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the GCEO, enabling effective decision-making, optimal time management, and seamless execution of business priorities.The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, multitasking ability, and a strong understanding of executive office operations.Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the GCEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure optimal use of time.Prepare, review and organize briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external engagements.Coordinate and track the execution of strategic initiatives, assignments, and project deliverables.Serve as a liaison between the GCEO and internal / external stakeholders, including clients, departments, staffs, board members, regulators, and partners.Assist with the preparation and coordination of board meetings and executive sessions.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.Be flexible and responsive to the dynamic demands of an executive office.Support sales-related activities and demonstrate a proactive drive towards business growth.Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.sc or HND in any discipline.Background experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to C-level executives.Willingness to reside within company-provided accommodation.Female Candidate Preferred.Soft Skills :
