Beauty N Brushes (BNB) is an AI-powered beauty booking platform helping clients book the exact look they want by connecting them to top beauty professionals through visuals.

We’re looking for a talented digital marketer who can build and scale our marketing engine using AI, automation, and data-driven strategies. This person will play a key role in driving awareness, sign-ups, and retention for our upcoming launch.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for owning our marketing funnel end-to-end — from content strategy and ad campaigns to automation flows and analytics.

You’ll use your expertise in Instagram and TikTok Ads, email marketing, and AI tools to build efficient growth systems that convert new users and re-engage drop-offs from our web app.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Instagram and TikTok ad campaigns to grow user acquisition.
• Build AI-powered marketing automations (using tools like ManyChat, Zapier, or n8n) for lead capture and onboarding.
• Create and test landing pages for sign-ups, early access, and campaigns.
• Design email marketing flows for re-engagement, onboarding, and nurturing leads.
• Use web analytics and user behavior tracking (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Hotjar) to re-target users who drop off mid-journey.
• Manage our content funnels, collaborating with the content and design teams.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, OpusClip, or Synthesia) to create faster, more effective campaigns.
• Report on campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.
