The Role :
Account Manager Intern (Remote) – Client Relations & Growth Focus
Location : Remote | Type : Internship (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Duration : 3–6 months | Compensation : Unpaid, with potential for full-time offer
Pearl Lemon is a globally distributed digital marketing and business growth agency with a team of 100+ professionals spanning 4 continents. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Manager Intern to help support and grow client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring tasks and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PR, Sales, Content) to execute client strategies
- Communicate with clients via email and Zoom to provide updates and gather feedback
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and help optimize campaign performance
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention efforts
