MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Our client a company in the financial industry sector is seeking to hire a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for shaping and executing the companys communication strategies to enhance brand visibility drive audience engagement and generate sales leads. The role includes managing all marketing communications activities both digital and offline while ensuring the brands messaging is consistent effective and aligned with business goals. Key areas of focus include overseeing campaigns content creation social media strategy public relations and stakeholder communications. This role requires a blend of creative and strategic thinking to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and revenue.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement creative marketing communication strategies and campaigns.
• Design communication plans that generate high-quality leads.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand positioning.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms ensuring they align with the companys mission vision and strategic goals.
• Monitor the performance of all marketing communications campaigns and analyze industry trends.
• Lead and manage the Communications Unit coordinating efforts across branches and locations to ensure optimal campaign execution.
• Motivate and mentor team members to enhance their skills ensuring a collaborative team spirit that drives the achievement of organizational objectives.
• Support the professional development of the team ensuring continuous improvement in their marketing communications expertise.
• Continuously manage and improve the companys brand perception both internally and externally ensuring alignment with organizational values.
• Plan and execute brand engagement activities through digital and physical media.
• Develop and manage the communications budget ensuring campaigns and plans are executed within budget and deadlines.
• Coordinate with external communication consultants agencies and vendors to achieve goals within the allocated budget.
• Provide strategic support to other teams to ensure marketing communications efforts align with the overall customer experience and sales objectives.
