Job descriptionAnalyze bidding documents, Participate in the response strategy with the Head of Commercial (partnerships, outsourcing) Coordination of tender preparation process, specifically ensuring that necessary advice is received in connection with tax, insurance, contractual, legal and treasury Suggest any variants or technical alternatives Ensure commercial operational excellence is implemented Participate in site visits and meetings with Clients Encrypt the projects concerned by the Invitations to Tender with establishments' cost sheets and with evaluation of technical and financial risks Prepare and present each Offers file to the Management of the Company. Coordinating with all responsible internal departments to ensure that all statutory documents are valid and up to date Participate in all technical-commercial negotiations until the signing of the contract in close coordination with the General Managers Establish tender modification files following requests for clarification from Clients In case of success and award of the Contract to the Company, ensure the transfer to the Project team of all tender documents (including revisions) NOTE : Only qualified candidates with relevant experience will be contacted
