The Executive Personal Assistant (PA) serves as the central coordination point for the executive’s professional and limited personal activities.
This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills to ensure the executive’s time, focus, and deliverables are optimized for maximum impact.
The Executive PA operates with a high level of discretion, judgment, and initiative — proactively managing schedules, information flow, stakeholder engagement, and operational logistics.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Calendar and scheduling
