Job Summary

The Resort Manager is responsible for the overall leadership operational excellence and financial performance of the resort. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences efficient day-to-day operations revenue growth and full compliance with hospitality standards safety regulations and brand policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations ensuring high standards across accommodation food & beverage leisure spa and recreational facilities.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining service excellence and promptly resolving guest issues or complaints
• Develop and manage the resorts annual budget forecasts and financial plans.
• Monitor revenue streams and control operational costs to maximise profitability.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote the resort and increase market visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients partners tour operators and travel agencies.
• Ensure full compliance with health safety hygiene and environmental regulations.
• Oversee maintenance of resort facilities equipment and infrastructure to ensure safety and aesthetic standards.
