As a Dealer / Merchant Partnership Executive (Southwest) you wont just manage one market youll be building partnerships across multiple cities in the region ensuring that more businesses can access the equipment they need today while paying conveniently. This role is about being on the move creating opportunities and forging strong relationships with dealers merchants and business owners across the Southwest.

Your responsibilities
You will identify and acquire new business customers who need commercial equipment financing across the SouthwestYou will establish and nurture strong partnerships with equipment dealers and merchants in multiple citiesYou will pitch and present the companys financing solutions to both businesses and dealers region-wideYou will manage a pipeline of opportunities to drive consistent growth in both customer acquisition and dealer partnershipsYou will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery across all covered locationsYou will track and report sales performance by city / territory identifying opportunities for deeper penetrationYou will serve as the companys representative in the Southwest region attending meetings events and dealer visitsTo be considered you should have
24 years of experience in sales business development or partnershipsPrior experience in regional sales dealer management or merchant partnerships is a plusStrong negotiation communication and presentation skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsWillingness to travel extensively within the Southwest region (transportation cost is coverage)A results-driven mindset and ability to manage stakeholders across different marketsWhat success looks like
