SME Underwriter

Requirements

• Proven experience in SME underwriting and credit risk assessment, with at least [3] years of experience in SME / Corporate credit analysis.
• Commercial banking experience as a credit analyst would be a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and make data-driven lending decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of lending regulations, risk management principles, and best practices in underwriting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with a keen focus on portfolio performance and risk management.
