Are you ready to lead Corporate Services at a high-growth agribusiness leader?

Our client, a leading integrated agribusiness in Nigeria with a strong footprint in poultry, feed concentrates, and farm-to-fork solutions, is seeking a   General Manager, Corporate Services   to join their senior executive team.

Why this role matters

This is a pivotal leadership position. You will provide strategic advice to the Group Managing Director and senior leadership, ensuring critical decisions are informed by high-quality analysis. By overseeing legal, technology, communications, governance, and stakeholder management, you will drive operational excellence, business growth, and strengthen the company’s market position.

What you’ll do

  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to balance priorities and influence decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality strategic reporting and analysis for executive decision-making.
  • Lead corporate functions, including communications, legal, digital / technology strategy, and governance.
  • Partner with senior executives to identify and implement strategies aligned with current and future business needs.
  • Oversee board and shareholder engagement, including governance processes and meetings.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building partnerships, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and business intelligence to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent the company as a senior leader, driving innovation and operational performance.

Requirements

Who you are

  • A senior leader with 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial role. P ostgraduate degree and relevant certifications required.
  • Strategic thinker and communicator, strong in relationship building and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable leading across corporate functions, communications, legal, technology, service delivery.
  • Experienced at presenting to executives and boards, writing high-quality reports, and guiding policy and process improvements.
