2. Guest Service : Provide information and assistance to guests, answering questions about hotel services and local attractions.

3. Concierge Support : Support the concierge team with tasks such as making reservations and arranging transportation.

4. Lobby Maintenance : Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby area.

5. Guest Interaction : Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues as soon as possible.
